Wig Purchases and consultations
After completion of your wash and set, a complimentary sit down appointment is available upon request to assure you are happy with the style.
Customer has 3 days to return if there are any minor adjustments that need to be made. This does not include the following;
Different style requests
Wigs that gets rained
Wigs that were exposed to water damage and/or excessive humidity
Any other situations that may have caused your wig to undo
If you would like to have your wig pinned there is an additional charge. This includes styles that require minimum pins (2-3).
Customers first consultation is free. Each additional consultation will be $100, which is non refundable. If a wig is purchased, the $100 fee will go towards the wig purchase.
Each wig Purchase includes the following;
Free cut (must be redeemed within 2 weeks of purchase)
Free Color (must be redeemed within 2 weeks of purchase)
Free Wash and Set (must be redeemed within 2 weeks of purchase)
Repairs are not included in wig purchases
Purchases are not refundable. We do not accept returns
Each wig will be strand tested prior to service, in order to assure the hair will take the color without issues. If it is determined that the hair cannot be colored correctly, then services will not be continued.
Wash and sets are included in every color job.
Upon completion of the color job, you have two weeks to return and make minor adjustments to your color job. This does not include changes to your original request, any additional requests will be considered a new service.
Once two weeks have passed, any changes will be considered a new service and charged appropriately.

Repair Policy
Lace: Prices are given based upon your specific request. Should you decide that you need to add more
hair there will be an additional charge.
Turning wigs into falls: Prior to this process, it is best practice to wash and set the wig. Wash and set will not be included in initial cost and will be an additional charge. If you choose not to do the wash and set, we will not take responsibility for any concerns that result from this decision.
Cutting Policy
If Customer is cutting a new wig that was purchased via our salon it will include a free wash and set. Customer will also have 3 months to come back and fix/tweak their cut for free. (This does not include a new style cut.) Wash and set is not included in any fixes and/or tweaks.
For all other cuts customer has 3 months to come back and fix/tweak their cut for free. (This does not include a new style cut.) These cuts do not include a wash and set, but can be added for an additional charge.
Shipping Policy
All shipping charges are to be paid by customer. If your wig needs to be shipped out for any reason such as, but not limited to;
Repairs that need to be sent out
Replacement wig requests
Wigs that need to be returned
General shipments upon request
Shipments are not insured, but customer may request to pay for shipment to be insured. All shipments will include tracking numbers, to assure delivery. We Takes no responsibility for any items that are lost during shipment.
